You can ask for a review without Discord. Your request is private to authorized staff. A review is usually answered within seven days.
Save the private receipt key shown after you submit. It is the only way to check your case and reply here. Do not share it. Staff will never ask for your password.
Discord tickets remain available if you prefer them. A final review may be requested from the Owner under the staff policy.
