What happens in your browser
Handbook search runs in your browser using a downloadable index. Search words are not sent to a separate search service. The copy-address button writes the server address to your clipboard only when you click it.
Fonts, the logo, and the staff head image are served with the site. The staff head is a locally stored copy of Magicskid’s public Minecraft skin. This site has no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Authorized staff use a separate Google Cloud account to review private appeals; players can use the appeal form without a website or Discord account.
Private appeals
The private appeal form stores the Minecraft name, case number, your messages, staff replies and a review audit in restricted cloud storage. Your receipt key is shown once; only its hash is stored. The case and messages are removed after 180 days if open or 90 days after a decision. A pseudonymous case marker is retained for two years to apply the repeat-review policy. The service uses short-lived request limits to reduce abuse. Do not include passwords, addresses or authentication codes.
Hosting and external links
When the website is hosted on Google Cloud Run and Firebase Hosting, Google’s hosting infrastructure processes web requests and may record technical request information for service operation. Links to Discord and other websites take you to services with their own account requirements and privacy practices.
Support and corrections
Contact staff through a private appeal or private Discord ticket for questions or corrections involving personal information. Please do not post private details in public channels.
