Use #help on Discord for ordinary questions. Discord channel links require membership of the MystiKraft server.
Speak to staff privately
Use #tickets for reports, appeals, private information, or account-specific issues. Include what you expected, what happened, the exact message, and the approximate time. Share transaction references privately.
Never share passwords, authentication codes, addresses, or other sensitive personal information. Report exploits privately rather than posting reproduction steps in public.
Share an idea
Use /suggest add in Minecraft or Discord. Describe the problem your idea would solve and how it would help players.
